Regarding Maxwell Park
It consists of two little bars, each measuring about 1,000 square feet. Both are in old buildings, one in Navy Yard and one in the Shaw neighborhood. We are a group of sommeliers who run a lively environment with a devoted clientele. At five different temperatures, we pour 50 different wines by the glass.
Regarding the Position
We're looking for a chef who can cost out new items and is organized. Both kitchens have induction cooking and hooded rational ovens, but not conventional vented out hoods. You must feel at ease in a small area. In this role, ordering and menu creation are required. This year, we are introducing another concept.in search of a Chef to manage the locations.
